We are seeking a dynamic and creative Designer Assistant to join our design team! In this role, you will support the development of fashion and graphic design projects from concept to completion. We are seeking an organized and proactive Designer Assistant to support our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating projects, and ensuring products move smoothly through the production process. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Duties
- Contribute to the production process by organizing samples, tracking revisions, and maintaining design documentation
- Help prepare materials that showcase design concepts for internal review or client meetings
- Collaborate with teams to ensure designs align with current fashion retail trends and colors
- Conduct research on fashion styling trends, fabric qualities, and industry innovations to inspire new collections
- Assist with production tracking from development through delivery.
- Maintain production reports and spreadsheets.
- Track samples, purchase orders, and production status updates.
- Organize production files and maintain accurate records.
- Support the production team with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and collaboration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
