We are a growing vintage designer resale store looking to grow our team. No two days are the same and we attract all kinds of people to our store! We also offer commission on every purchase! Our model is an "approachable boutique" that sells high end items with a down to Earth sales approach. W There’s also an opportunity to be involved in our social media! Your enthusiasm and expertise will help elevate our store’s reputation as a premier destination for designer handbags and fashion-forward accessories.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to educate and excite clients
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and billing
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store’s aesthetic appeal aligns with brand standards
- Manage inventory by stocking new arrivals, conducting stock checks, and assisting with product replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring all interactions reflect brand values
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or fashion retail environments such as designer handbags or accessories
- Strong proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Excellent communication skills in bilingual settings to connect with diverse clientele effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts
- Experience conducting product demos that highlight the unique features of designer bags and accessories
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create eye-catching displays that attract customers
- Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments that require high levels of customer service and phone etiquette
