Makeup Product Designer
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement design plans for makeup and related products, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness.
Research international market trends, consumer demands, and competitors’ products, providing relevant design recommendations.
Design the appearance, packaging, and formulation of makeup and related products, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and catering to the preferences of the target audience.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure a smooth production process and maintain design consistency.
Conduct material research, select raw materials that meet product requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in product testing and validation, making timely adjustments to design plans to meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing support on product features and advantages, and addressing technical issues.
Participate in marketing campaigns, contributing innovative marketing strategies and promotional materials for products.
Stay updated on industry developments, adjusting design plans promptly to adapt to market changes.
Collaborate with other team members to complete related tasks, ensuring overall team synergy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with a preference for a background in cosmetics.
Extensive experience in makeup product design, familiarity with market trends, and consumer demands.
Proficiency in makeup product design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent aesthetic sense and innovative capabilities, able to independently create product design plans.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, effective coordination with different departments.
Understanding of cosmetics industry regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
Keen insight into new materials and technologies, applying them to product design.
Project management skills to effectively drive product development cycles.
Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to work pressure.
Passion for the cosmetics industry, staying attuned to fashion trends, and possessing market sensitivity.
