We are looking for a Designer BOSS Womenswear – Outerwear & Soft Wovens (m/f/d).
What you can expect:
Thematic and qualitative implementation of the season’s trends for the respective MPG(s) based on the briefing by Concept Design
Design, sketching and development of styles of the product groups in collaboration with Head of Design & Team Lead
Implementation of the collection framework in collaboration with the Global Product Management
Preparation and management of meetings as well as active participation in meetings
SAP (PLM) data maintenance
Research of trends and innovation, benchmark analysis of competitors
Your profile:
An education in fashion design with minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in a premium/international environment
Deep understanding and expertise for the MPGs Outerwear & Soft Wovens
A keen sense of fashion and trends and conceptual thinking
Excellent organisational talent, assertiveness, communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in collection development
Very good/ fluent knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and PhotoShop, good MS Office and SAP/PLM knowledge
