Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join adidas. The candidate must have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of design principles, as well as the ability to create visually appealing graphics that will enhance our product range.
Responsibilities
Create original designs for apparel and accessories.
Collaborate with category head to ensure that graphics are consistent with the overall brand identity.
Keep up to date with current fashion trends and design techniques.
Use software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create designs.
Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly adapted as per the requirement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and quality is maintained.
Work closely with the marketing team and Sourcing team to create tech packs for the product range.
Complete ownership of product development, article creation and readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in fashion designing, preferably in a sportswear brand.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
Knowledge of garment construction and printing techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
