Fashion Designer – Girls’ Market (Ages 8–15)
Location: In-Office
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $75,000 – $85,000 annually

About the Role:
Top Fashion is seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer with a strong background in the girls’ apparel market, specifically targeting the 8–15 age group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in graphic design, illustration, and CAD development, bringing trend-forward, commercially viable ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Create original designs tailored to the girls’ market (ages 8–15)
Develop detailed CADs and technical flats for production
Produce graphic artwork and illustrations for apparel and accessories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with brand direction
Stay ahead of market trends and deliver trend-right designs
Prepare and organize design presentations as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience designing for the girls’ apparel market (ages 8–15)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD software
Excellent illustration and graphic design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be able to work full-time, in-office
