Our Design and Development team plays a critical role in shaping a wide variety of products that serve major retailers across the U.S.
As a designer at Greensource, you’ll have the opportunity to work across an array of product categories—from apparel and graphic tees to licensed collaborations, home goods, seasonal items, and sporting goods. We specialize in categories such as men’s, women’s, and youth, and we support programs in performance wear, hunting, fishing, and lifestyle apparel. The diversity of our product mix means every day brings a new challenge and creative opportunity.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Designer who is first and foremost a graphic designer but also brings a strong foundation in fashion design to help expand our product capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about prints, art, and storytelling—but who also understands how a garment is built, styled, and merchandised. You’ll play a key role in helping bridge the gap between surface design and silhouette innovation, collaborating closely with sourcing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design for Apparel & Accessories (40%)
Create original graphics, placement prints, and all-over print patterns
Support seasonal design updates based on buyer and licensor feedback
Collaborate on packaging and label designs as needed
Fashion Design Integration (25%)
Bring insight into garment construction, fit, and fabrication
Propose new silhouettes or styling suggestions that align with trends and artwork
Collaborate with technical and sourcing teams during development
Trend Storytelling & Collection Development (20%)
Develop cohesive visual stories for seasonal presentations
Create CADs, mockups, and design boards that blend art and apparel direction
Production & Development Support (15%)
Prepare accurate art files and handoffs for production and sampling
Track design revisions and provide ongoing updates in collaboration with internal teams
Who You Are
A graphic designer at heart, with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
Experienced or educated in fashion design, with knowledge of garment construction, fit, and trends
Detail-oriented and organized, especially when managing multiple products and revisions
Collaborative, solution-oriented, and eager to bring new design ideas to life
Comfortable switching between print creation, concepting, and apparel storytelling
Excel proficiency is a strong plus and can be trained on the job

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
