This role is for a Designer. As a designer on the Cole’s team your role is to serve the guest well. You are responsible for helping them have an incredible experience and great hair. You are fun, friendly, and welcoming and guests should leave with the desire to write a raving review about how awesome you are.

Pay: $37,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
