We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various hair techniques, including color, cutting and extensions. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere while providing exceptional hair care services. Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services.
Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize Vagaro software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage with clients to assess their needs, offer advice on styles, and recommend products for retail sales.
Foster a welcoming environment by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Qualifications
Valid PA cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
Experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience with retail sales is a plus; ability to recommend products based on client needs is essential.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team are essential traits for success in this role.
