Our client, a children’s clothing brand, is seeking a creative Designer to join their Girl’s team!
**Onsite 4-5 days per week
Responsibilities:
Work across the design process from concept through product execution
Identify current trends in color, fabric, silhouette, print and pattern
Conduct competitive analysis
Ensure product is consistent with brand identity
Understand the screen-printing process
Delegate tasks to multiple direct reports
Execute trend presentations each season
Approve and ensure quality and fit of all product
Follow up on fabric and trim orders
Requirements:
4-5+ years of related experience in kids design
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Fine Arts
Strong proficiency in Adobe CS
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills
