Our client, a well-known brand, is looking for a Designer to join their Women’s team, working oncut & sew knits and wovens!
**This role is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Research and identify trends
Create mood boards
Develop presentation decks for market meetings
Ensure timely execution of the development calendar
Create sketches, review line sheets and develop tech packs
Approve strike-offs, fabric and trims
Source raw materials
Attend fittings
Qualifications:
5+ years of design experience
Cut & Sew Knits and Wovens experience is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Design
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Extensive knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim; familiarity with print design and manufacturing
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
Browzwear experience is a plus
