Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for an experienced Marketing Directorto lead the Marketing Fragrance brands in the US. As a key partner, you will act closely with the Global teams based in Milan in order to ensure the US development and deployment of the strategy. Based in Miami, this position within the US area business management team supports all the 360-marketing activation plans for the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty brand. This role will support the VP of Marketing Americas to steer the business on evaluating brand strategies and activate all drivers. Working for this brand-new organization, there is a real opportunity to grow the marketing team, develop the marketing strategy and make a significant impact to help drive the commercial US business on the Direct to Retail chanel.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

· Lead, create and deliver the operational marketing strategies and campaigns across the area.

· In line with HQ marketing guidelines, build and execute all marketing plans in order to reach business targets.

· Lead the 360 marketing plans implementations (with the exception of Media that will be globally managed) with the US business.

· Implement, track and optimise 360 marketing campaigns.

· Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns with a specific focus on below the line.

· Ensuring efficient spending of budget and timely accounting recording of expenses.

· Ensuring the animation plans implementation with excellence coordinating internal team and external suppliers/clients.

· Budget management and forecasting.

· Control and reporting of monthly targets, sell-out and stock levels.

· Supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

· Manage and lead a small team of experts.

· A full 360 marketing scope is attached to this role:

· trade marketing execution within the whole area;

· daily contact with local finance for forecasts and analysis;

· contact with e-retail business for Fragrance;

· inputs on key actions from competition.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Be a brand guardian, with a strong point of view on copy, design and creative approach across all mediums.

· With a higher marketing education such as a business school or university equivalent, you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing management.

· Experience in Fragrance luxury industry

· Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended.

· Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills necessary.

· Ability to work independently and in groups.

· Relevant marketing and digital marketing experience that has been gained in a creative environment – beauty/fashion experience highly desirable.

· Have led and developed a team.

· English is mandatory, Spanish and Italian languages a plus.

· Strong analytical skills required to perform.

· Ability to work under pressure of tight deadline, prioriritize and multitask.

· Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures.
