Who You Are:

Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end E-commerce studio production as well as leading the planning, creation and optimisation of digital content across the website – working closely between Brand and Ecom.

This role is pivotal in shaping brand storytelling, driving customer engagement, and making data driven decisions on aligning business and creative objectives. Cross-collaboration around multiple stakeholders to bring plans together in timely manner around seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer trends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end planning, creation and delivery of content across all customer-facing channels
  • Responsible for working between the studio and brand team to develop leading content
  • Manages ecommerce photography budgets, submission and approval of all photography invoices
  • Oversee relationship and work-flow with the studio and creative agencies
  • Oversee content strategy for regional roll-out including homepage, CRM and site-wide updates
  • Collaborate closely with teams on content learnings and CVR improvement requirements
  • Tracking and reporting insights through GA and / or other analytical platforms
  • Making sure all channels are up to date with the latest campaign and marketing imagery
  • Continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration
  • Manage workflow and career development of the Content Assistant and Digital Copywriter

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Highly organised with attention to detail across both creative and commercials needs
  • Comfortable working in excel as well as digital native tools i.e. Asana, Figma, Google Analytics
  • Proven content production experience within an E-Commerce environment or luxury brand
  • Outstanding creative eye with the ability to demonstrate clear understanding of brand identity
  • As well as a creative mind, the role requires the ability analyse and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS systems, CSS and email design
