We are looking for an experienced Digital E-Commerce Manager to join our growing fashion brand, which specializes in footwear and handbags. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies to drive online sales growth across all digital channels.

As the Digital E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving success. You will be a strategic leader with a data-driven approach, overseeing all aspects of our digital storefront and collaborating closely with various teams (marketing, merchandising, IT, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure a cohesive omnichannel experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Manage and optimize the company’s website for a user-friendly and conversion-driven experience.

Oversee product content creation, including high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and accurate sizing information.

Lead SEO and PPC (pay-per-click) initiatives to drive targeted traffic to the website.

Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and manage online promotions, email marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, merchandising, sales, and customer service, to ensure the alignment and success of digital marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Brand Principal to utilize all brand collateral and campaigns.

Manage and optimize product information across all digital touchpoints (website, social media, marketplaces).

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.

Stay current on e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.

Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for fashion trends and a keen understanding of the target audience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

English/Vietnamese fluency preferred
