Digital Experience Associate

Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children’s wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.

Overview:

The Digital Experience Associate will support the digital site experience across all ecommerce channels to promote pristine external brand presence to the end consumer, focused on basic PDP content collection & distribution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support site merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, findability, maximizing guest engagement, and frictionless shopping
• Create, resize, and distribute enhanced imagery for all retailer channels, such size charts, on-model imagery, and other formats of digital content
• Assist in digital reporting including PowerBI dashboards, ratings & reviews, and other analytics
• Perform post upload audits to ensure data quality, and make necessary updates
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes across omnichannel, pureplay, and DTC sites
• Assist with photo shoots and digital asset deliverables for all brands and digital channel
• Support brand and retailer presentations for digital sales and marketing
• Assist in competitive analysis to determine opportunities as assigned
• Assist in digital marketing efforts as assigned
• Attend meetings, take notes, and provide recaps
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• 1+ years of related experience as (Amazon experience a plus)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (must have advanced excel skills)
