Reporting to the Learning Mode & Style Expertise Europe Director, you will be responsible for Digital Learning & Community Management. You will oversee a Blended Learning Project Manager and an apprentice. Your role will consist in sustaining this profound transformation of learning methods, to feed the expertise of the boutiques in line with the pace and priorities of the business.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL :Strategically design, launch and maintain an innovative and sustainable Blended Learning Ecosystem for Fashion in Europe region, in alignment with the business stakeholders at a local, regional and global levels.

Blended Learning Strategic Vision

Define the long-term Blended Learning Strategy (creation of the development roadmap, engagement plan, community management actions, digital learning roadmap…).

Design Blended Learning paths and ensure their roll out and local adoption

Highlight, update and nourish the Europe Learning offer in collaboration with the team and internal stakeholders

Update the Europe Learning Platform to facilitate market’s access to the Blended paths

Sustain the Digital Learning app (content roll out, editorial plan, bug resolutions, upgrades) and continue to anchor the Digital Learning habits in Boutiques

Generate transversality with the Learning Europe W&FJ and F&B teams and maintain a strong collaboration with the Global Learning team.

Manage the Blended Learning budget

In order to monitor the impact of the learning strategy, you measure and analyze training plans and consistently measure their effectiveness:

Identify the best solutions for the markets and for the region to analyze the Blended learning activity: digital learning KPIs dashboards, in-room sessions tracking, blended learning KPIs dashboards

Accompany markets to integrate these tools

Provide the tools for the market to follow-up training actions in boutique: coaching add-ons, feedback questionnaires

Europe Learning Community Management

Animate the Europe Learning Community through newsletters, monthly calls and seminars

Animate and develop the Digital Learning community in Europe: regularly catch up with local Digital Learning Managers, support markets in implementing this role if not yet in place, upskill and develop the community thanks to specific training programs (digital learning content creation, KPIs analysis…) in order to generate autonomy

Provide daily support to market learning teams

Learning Innovation

Support Learning Innovation to better engage and follow up learners, create best practices sharing, share contents platforms, and foster a learning culture.
