Digital Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic people who will be responsible for scouting potential participants for beauty event, as well as presenting participation opportunities to fashion designers.. This position requires excellent English language skills, Instagram and social media marketing skills, exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Scouting Talent:
– Utilize various channels, including social media platforms like Instagram, to identify potential contestants for beauty competitions.
– Engage with individuals who demonstrate potential and interest in participating in beauty competitions.
– Build and maintain a network of contacts within the beauty and fashion industry to identify emerging talents.
– Communicate effectively with prospective participants to highlight the benefits and opportunities.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of the event and attract more participants.
– Stay updated on current trends in the beauty industry to identify market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications– Interests in marketing, communications, beauty events or related field preferred
– Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using Instagram and other social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals effectively.
– Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for beauty events.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
