The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role sitting across digital marketing and customer service. You'll be the person who keeps our email programme running, our social channels active and our customers well looked after — all with a consistent, on-brand voice.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Day-to-day management of our Klaviyo email platform
- Building and scheduling campaigns and automated flows
- Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining list health and segmentation
Social Media
- Creating, managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X
- Engaging with followers and growing our community
- Keeping an eye on trends relevant to our customer and brand
Content Creation
- Content creation
- Assisting with copywriting for emails, social and website
- Supporting shoots and asset management
- Helping to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Customer Service
- Handling customer enquiries via email and phone in a warm, professional manner
- Managing returns, order queries and escalations
- Feeding customer insights back to the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar digital or marketing coordinator role
- Comfortable working across multiple channels and switching tasks
- Strong written communication — you care about tone and detail
- Graphic design skills, using Canva, Photoshop / Adobe or similar
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- An interest in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Self-starter who's happy working in a small team environment
