We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital presence across multiple channels. This role involves executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and contributing to brand growth in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.

A key part of this role includes supporting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility and drive high-quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
  • Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor trends and optimize engagement strategies
  • Build and engage with the online community
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research to identify search opportunities
  • Optimize website pages, product descriptions, and blog content for search engines like Google
  • Support on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking)
  • Work on basic technical SEO (site structure, page speed, indexing)
  • Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned content (blogs, captions, campaigns)
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators
  • Support storytelling and brand positioning
  • Plan and execute email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, automation)
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging
  • Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators
  • Manage campaigns and partnerships
  • Evaluate ROI and engagement from collaborations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (fashion or e-commerce preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and tools
  • Experience with paid ads and social media management
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms

Technical Skills

  • Paid Ads: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • Analytics: Google Analytics
  • SEO Tools: Google Search Console, keyword research tools
  • Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools
  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
  • CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress is a plus)
