Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Planning and budget:Set digital marketing focus in align with overall Business and Marketing priorities Coordinate with communications and IT to plan and follow-up on digital marketing budgets.

Digital POEM orchestration and performance monitoring:Orchestration among Client, PR, media, social media, AD and IT to connect all digital touchpoints to align with Marketing and Communication strategy and maximize the outcome Monitor performance of owned platforms (website, service account, etc.) to ensure KPI achieved and drive for follow-up actions The guardian of digital brand presence, e.g. brandzones.

Omni-channel projects:Ensure the successful implementation with optimized experience and fully integrated in overall Fashion ecosystem.

Wechat Service Account:As a key stakeholder to support and collaborate with Client team during stages of set-up and implementation After launch, as the platform owner in long run, constantly review the service account strategy and adjust with agility Maintain and upgrade the fashion service account by phasing – to work with Paris team, local AD, service manager and social team Content and calendar owner of wechat service account – to coordinate with client, social and AD to ensure clear positioning vs cooperate account.

One Chanel.comAs the divisional representative for one Chanel.com project. Raise the business needs and brief and ensure it will be integrated in overall plan.

Owned digital tools management and development:Owner of our owned Digital websites/app, ensuring their local adaptation and integration within Customer experienceFollow global evolutions and track the performances to share with different stakeholders

Role Specifications:

Expertise in digital and project management.

Initiative-driven and willing to learn and grow

Interest for luxury sector and understanding of brand standards

Academic / Professional Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above

Work Experience

6-8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with diversified background (agency vs. client, cross indus

Luxury/beauty/Consumer goods background , either in-house or agency with solid experience
