About Us:
LZMFG, Drift HQ, and SIM HQ are rooted in the automotive scene. We focus on high-quality aftermarket parts, SIM gear, and merch that reflects the lifestyle—built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.Now, we’re looking for a Digital Ads Manager to enhance our online presence.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute high-converting ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
Build and manage performance-based funnels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand loyalty.
Optimize landing pages, product pages, and ad creatives for ROAS.
Develop retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and email flows.
Track analytics and KPIs weekly, adjusting campaigns based on performance.
Work closely with our creative team to generate ad assets that resonate with car enthusiasts and drivers.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other reporting platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
You Should Have:
2–5 years of experience running paid digital campaigns (eComm preferred).
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Experience marketing automotive, motorsports, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
Solid grasp of performance marketing, A/B testing, and scaling strategy.
A passion for drifting, tuning, or at least a love for car culture.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
