Are you a master multitasker with a passion for all things marketing? Criquet, an independent menswear brand from Austin TX, is looking for a Digital Marketing / Social Media Specialist to come in and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Maestro:
Craft and manage our social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to grow our following and increase brand awareness.
Track and analyze social KPIs.
Keep a pulse on industry trends and incorporate them into our social strategy to stay ahead of the game.
2. UGC & Affiliate Ace:
Develop and nurture relationships with our loyal customers to encourage user-generated content that showcases our brand in action.
Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to expand our reach and drive traffic to our online store.
Track and analyze the performance of UGC, influencer and affiliate campaigns to optimize results and ROI.
3. Wordsmith Extraordinaire:
Put your pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and craft compelling copy for emails, product pages, and organic social posts.
Ensure that all copy reflects the unique voice and personality of Criquet, resonating with our target audience and driving conversions.
Work closely with our design team to marry captivating copy with eye-catching visuals that tell the Criquet story.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fashion industry or consumer brand.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail.
Demonstrated capabilities in growing a social audience and network.
Proficiency in social media / influencer management tools and analytics platforms.
A creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects with ease.
