We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. You’ll drive engaging campaigns, maximize our digital presence, measure what works, and continuously optimize to make things better.
Responsibilities
Conduct research, review analytics and contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies that clearly align with business objectives
Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to reporting
Monitor and manage campaigns daily, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and initiatives across all programs
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated with all marketing channels for a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
Track daily progress and status of different marketing programs and channels to pick up on trends
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including 2+ years of paid social media advertising
Expert in organization and project management
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
