We’re looking for a Paid Search, Shopping and Programmatic Specialist that is skilled in executing brand-right digital marketing campaigns that drive efficiency, incrementality, and profitable long-term customer and business outcomes. This will be a hands-on role supporting Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack businesses.

This role is a hybrid opportunity and will need to be in office 3 days/week in our downtown Seattle location.A day in the life…

Enable and execute comprehensive Paid Search, Shopping and Programmatic campaigns across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Creative, Ad Operations, Analytics and Platform and Agency partners, from planning to activation to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Track and report on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) across various platforms, such as Google Ads, MMM models, GA4 and other platform data sources.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support the associate managers in budget forecasting, pacing and actualization to ensure the highest level of accuracy is achieved.

Organize and identify promotions and events to be supported with paid media.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid search, shopping, programmatic and emerging channels.

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and creative optimizations to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

You’ve got this if you have…

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.

2-3 years paid search, shopping and/or programmatic experience.

Demonstrated ability managing and optimizing paid search, shopping, and programmatic campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce or digital agency setting.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and/or other advertising platforms, including campaign setup and tracking capabilities.

Familiarity with advertising platforms, such as DSPs, DMPs, SA360 and DV360.

Experienced in MS Office Product Suite.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proactive communication in identifying obstacles, navigating challenges, and asking for help when needed.

Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning the ins and outs of the Nordstrom business model and evolving digital landscape.

Knowledge and experience in retail/fashion retailing a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Positive attitude with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
