About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and drive impactful campaigns within the fashion landscape. This role is ideal for someone who understands both data and aesthetics, balancing performance with brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and influencer channels
- Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to promote new collections, seasonal launches, and sales campaigns
- Work with the content team to shape content direction and development
- Manage paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; adjust strategies accordingly
- Implement SEO strategies across product descriptions, lookbooks, and editorial content
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on fashion and digital marketing trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (fashion/retail is a plus)
- Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion audiences
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
