We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global fashion retailer for a Digital Production Assistant to join its busy E-commerce team on a temporary basis starting next week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with an interest in digital content, e-commerce and online trading. Working closely with the digital production and trading teams, you will support the delivery of website content, campaigns and day-to-day site maintenance across multiple international websites and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage website content using the company's content management system (CMS).
- Support the timely deployment of campaigns, promotions and website updates.
- Ensure website and app content is accurate, current and aligned with the trading calendar.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of landing pages, editorial content and site navigation.
- Create and implement new content placements across the website.
- Manage and update website URLs as required.
- Support website enhancements and content implementation projects.
- Ensure all published content follows SEO best practice.
- Assist with localisation of website content for international markets.
- Perform regular website quality assurance checks to identify content issues, broken links or bugs.
- Log and monitor website issues, working closely with the digital production team to resolve them.
- Support testing for campaign launches, promotional activity and site updates.
- Assist with uploading content to online marketplace storefronts.
- Provide administrative and project support to the wider Digital and E-commerce teams as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms and Google Workspace.
- Previous website content management experience is desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Previous experience within e-commerce, digital production or fashion retail is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A keen eye for presentation, accuracy and digital user experience.
