Your role
TheDigital Projects Manageris responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the approved budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budget, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed within the project duration. This includes development and management of products to be added on Mobile Banking and Internet Banking. Evaluate product, enhance, refine and or eliminate.
How you will contribute
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resource/s needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates various stakeholders and committee about strategy, adjustments and progress on a consistent basis
Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Monitor performance of the project released.
What we are looking for
At least 2 year/s work experience in alternative channels and project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
Proficient in Windows based programs (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Must be patient, has sense of focus and clear thinking, good comprehension, empathic, is able to multitask, and can work well under pressure (enduring)
Team player, analytical and dynamic
Good project management skills and has follow through
