Title: Digital Storefront & Content Specialist

Company: COSMO By Ziad Ghanem

Location: Kaslik, Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate, Lebanon

Website & E-commerce Growth Manager

COSMO Global — Fashion Brand under Designer Ziad Ghanem

About the Role

COSMO Global is looking for a Website & E-commerce Growth Manager — someone who owns the website end-to-end (from data entry to conversion strategy), creates AI-powered lookbooks, manages social media alongside our designer, and can convert DM conversations into real sales. This is a hybrid role for someone who’s part website operator, part visual creator, part sales-driven communicator.

If you understand what makes an online store convert, love experimenting with AI tools, and know how to turn a DM conversation into a sale — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Website & Store Management

  • Manage all product data entry: new arrivals, pricing, stock levels, sales/promotions
  • Keep product listings accurate, complete, and up to date at all times
  • Continuously look for ways to improve site conversion — landing pages, product pages, checkout flow
  • Understand and help optimize the customer funnel from ad click to completed purchase

Lookbook Creation

  • Take professional photos of styled outfits on mannequins
  • Use AI tools to render outfits onto AI models, producing close-up and multi-angle shots
  • Build a consistent, high-quality lookbook library for the website and social media

DM Sales & Communication

  • Reply to Instagram/website DMs promptly and knowledgeably
  • Memorize the product catalog — styles, prices, materials, sizing details
  • Guide conversations toward a sale using strong, persuasive (but natural) communication — not just answering questions, but converting interest into purchases

Social Media

  • Work closely with the Visual Content Designer to plan and schedule social content
  • Contribute to social media strategy and content calendar
  • Help ensure consistency between website, lookbooks, and social presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with website/e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) — data entry, product management, basic site edits
  • Understanding of what drives on-site conversion (landing pages, funnels, UX basics)
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI image/model generation tools
  • Comfortable with a camera — can shoot clean, professional product photos
  • Excellent written communication skills — persuasive, warm, and quick in DMs
  • Highly organized — able to manage recurring tasks (stock/price updates) without things slipping
  • Creative and curious personality — proactive with ideas, not just reactive to tasks
  • Willing and excited to learn new tools, especially in AI and e-commerce

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fashion or retail e-commerce industry
  • Basic understanding of paid ads/landing page structure (to align with marketing campaigns)
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

  • Website is always accurate — no wrong prices, no out-of-stock items shown as available
  • A growing, consistent lookbook library that supports both the website and social content
  • DM response time is fast, and DM conversations convert into real sales
  • Measurable improvement in website conversion rate over time

To apply, please share relevant experience with e-commerce platforms, any sample lookbooks/photos, and examples of DM/sales communication if available.

Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. Max. file size: 800 MB.
