Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printer Operator

Poppy & Pine is looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printer Operator!
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone interested in fashion, apparel production, and design. The right candidate will be trained to independently operate our DTG printing machines and manage production during their shift in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Part-time position
What You’ll Do
- Operate DTG printing equipment independently during your shift
- Prep garments and organize print jobs for production
- Monitor print quality and ensure consistency on finished apparel
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and keep workflow moving efficiently
- Fold, package, and prepare customer orders for fulfillment
- Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Work closely with the production and creative teams on product launches and daily operations
- Help maintain production timelines and efficiency standards

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable being on your feet and working hands-on throughout the shift
- Previous printing, production, or apparel experience is a plus, but not required
