Major Responsibility:

– Strategize Existing Seller and Category management to embed with company’s long term vision:

Deep understanding of the existing seller management in cross-border ecommerce setting, and also had experience in the category management with the full category breath.

Initiate and lead to existing seller management programs in order to maximize the existing seller cohort.

Articulate the key product features need to empower Fashion shopping experience and influence the stakeholders on development priority

– Form and lead a seasonal existing seller management team:

Iterate the existing seller management team effectively to deliver GMV target as well as its critical inputs, like selection, pricing and user experience.

Lead a high performing team with diverse leadership capability.

Navigate the ambiguity between seller and category management and lead.

change management effectively.

– Build effective category management approach and phenomenal seller success

Identify diverse growth pillars across full category breath.

Balance the dedicated and scalable account management approaches.

Create phenomenal seller success momentum in existing seller cohort

– Establish internal partnership in driving changes, removing roadblocks and increasing impact of the CN business

Basic Qualification:

– 10+ years of work experience in Fashion industry (at least 8 years in Ecommerce) , preferably in the category merchandise management and seller management roles

– Demonstrated records in exceeding marketing/business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach

– Exceptional communication, influencing skills and relationship management

– Experienced in heading a fast growing team and be agile on organizational changes

– A result-driven leader but also has good balance in people sense with compassion

– Mix of strategic thinking and demand excellence in hands-on operation with data-driven approach

– Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset

Preferred Qualification

– MBA degree preferred

– Experience in Global e-commerce and/or retail industry

– Proven ability to influence others

– Ability to work with legal, product and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreement
