An award-winning luxury communications consultancy based in Hong Kong is looking for an entrepreneurial Director to spearhead its extensive luxury and communications accounts. With a rich portfolio of leading global brands and a reputation for industry expertise, the firm offers a cutting-edge service and is expanding across SEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team, maximizing their capabilities and ensuring high-quality performance. Provide daily coaching and formal training to foster skill growth.
Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and staff policies, maintaining the company’s legality and upholding business ethics in accordance with Singaporean laws.
Stay updated on first-hand market information and trends in the Travel & Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Lifestyle industries.
Regularly update headquarters with relevant insights.
Collaborate effectively with management, other departments, offices, and external parties to achieve overall organizational goals.
Formulate and implement strategic marketing and communications plans to meet clients’ objectives and achieve target results.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience in the field, preferably at an agency.
Proven track record in the region.
Experience in Fashion/Luxury PR/IMC or a combination of client-side and agency roles.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the Travel & Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Lifestyle industries.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and ability to implement marketing and communications plans.
