Perform advanced haircuts and coloring techniques, including highlights, ombre, and balayage.
Style hair for various looks, such as blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
Promote and upsell haircare products and salon services to clients.
Lead the team by delivering outstanding customer service.
Train and develop a high-performing team to meet set targets.
Mentor staff to become skilled service professionals and groom high-potential individuals for leadership roles.
Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping are maintained at all times.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
