Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:

Develop the capability to ensure sell-through is responded to with timely strategies

Prepare locally relevant commercial driving integrated brand marketing campaigns to maximize local commercial peaks

Collaborate with peers to share best practices and improve processes

Manage the topline relationship and expectations with external supplier to ensure optimal execution and increased value creation from these partners

Be the go-to team for brand and PR teams on retailer support across campaign creative, content, distribution, sales and any other relevant information

Communicate and work closely with the global marketing team

Work closely with influencers and designers

Close budget management, reporting and analysis against all retailer activity

Create seasonal reports on activity with sales figure, engagement and ROI

Define and implement a marketing strategy for owned retail, wholesale and global distributors collaborating with key sales, marketing and buying teams to support sales strategy and growth in these market

working with global trade marketing on European trade show presence and communication, consulting on localization of global creative and exhibition requirements

Attending trade shows with sales teams to meet with key retailers

Ongoing management and development of the retail marketing associate

Perform performance reviews in line with the PDP process

Live, endorse and promote and Canada Goose values

About You:

Minimum 6 years’ experience in management position in a global consumer goods company

Industry – Ideally in apparel / fashion / shoes / outdoor

Strong quantitative skills – forecasting / budgeting

Experience in strategic planning and project/process management strong

Good People Management skill

A genuine passion for Canada Goose and an understanding of consumer’s perception

Excellent communication skills

Strong stakeholder and peer to peer relations specifically with the sales and VM functions

Leadership

Open-minded

Team player

Team management skills
