We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Operations to lead and optimize key operational functions that drive organizational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This role demands a dynamic leader with deep expertise in project management, delivery execution, P&L management, and customer-centric business growth. You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams, ensuring customer success, and maximizing profit margins.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring cross-functional coordination and alignment with strategic objectives.

Project Management & Delivery: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across departments, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Revenue & Profit Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Drive initiatives that improve financial performance and scale business operations sustainably.

Profit & Loss Management: Take ownership of P&L for assigned business units. Develop and monitor budgets, forecast revenue, manage expenditures, and ensure profitability.

Customer Retention & Success: Collaborate closely with customer success and sales teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, reduced churn, and long-term account growth.

People & Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams. Foster a collaborative and accountable culture, and lead with empathy and transparency.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between executive leadership, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes for greater efficiency and scalability.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and projects; implement risk mitigation strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven expertise in project management and end-to-end project delivery with a strong understanding of agile and traditional methodologies.

Solid experience in revenue & profit growth, with a keen eye on ROI and cost-benefit analysis.

Demonstrated ability in P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Strong team-building and people management skills; experienced in leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Deep understanding of customer success strategies and a track record in improving customer retention.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a strong plus
