Job Summary:Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to oversee our marketing efforts across digital channels. As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and ensuring continued growth in the luxury jewelry market. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and a data driven leader capable of inspiring and leading a high performing marketing team.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand vision, business goals, and market trends.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results driven work environment.
Digital Marketing
SEO and SEM: Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic to our website.
Paid Social Media: Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy across multiple platforms
Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6 – 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies preferably in luxury or jewelry
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand recognition.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and motivating high performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex business strategies clearly.
Adaptability / have experience to a family based private group environment with strong stake holder management skills at leadership level.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data driven decision-making.
Strong knowledge of emerging marketing trends and technologies in luxury retail domain.
Compensation:
Salary: 140K to 180K USD per year
