Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with a globally recognized, design-led accessories and lifestyle brand to identify a Director of Global Merchandising Strategy to support a maternity leave coverage. This is a high-impact, strategic role working closely with senior leadership to shape product vision and merchandising direction across channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop compelling, brand-right product strategy recaps and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate vision and performance
  • Analyze sales data and reporting, distilling key insights and delivering findings tailored for an executive audience
  • Partner closely with the Chief Merchant on cross-channel initiatives, including:
  • Product testing and innovation strategies
  • Competitive research and market analysis
  • Pricing strategies (both internal and external)
  • Annual, holistic assortment planning
  • Strategic collaborations
  • Lead the creation and delivery of Merchandising Concept Briefs to Design and Concept teams on a bi-annual basis
  • Translate data and creative direction into actionable merchandising strategies that align with brand vision

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong product sensibility and conceptual thinking, with an eye for trends and a balance of elevated taste level, data insights, and intuition
  • Proven experience owning product assortment, development, or working in a closely related function
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills (MBA preferred)
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Strong understanding of retail math and financial acumen
