Your RoleAs our Director of Global Sourcing for Resins, you will be at the forefront of strategic sourcing initiatives. You will lead a talented team, developing and executing global strategies to drive cost savings, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure the continuity of supply. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify and qualify new suppliers, driving value for our organization and customers.
Stay ahead of market trends and supply chain dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues effectively.
Champion sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship in sourcing activities.
Requirements7-10 years of procurement experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of sourcing dynamics and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $142,800 – $206,300 per year. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
