They have accomplished remarkable global growth and are only at the beginning of their journey and are now looking for a hands on and tenacious Director of Growth to join their leadership team!

The Role:

The Role: As Director of Growth, you will collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO to scale the business. You will lead the digital marketing strategy, manage large-scale digital projects, and optimise the e-commerce budget. Your role will also involve mentoring a talented team and driving sales growth through innovative digital campaigns and seamless integration across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, including PPC, SEO, CRM, websites, and social media.

Oversee large-scale digital transformation projects and the integration of new tools and software.

Ensure seamless campaign integration across traditional and digital media, supporting customer needs.

Manage the digital marketing and e-commerce budget, optimising spending for maximum ROI.

Stay updated on the latest technology and best practices, researching competitors and tracking SEO and Google Analytics for continuous improvement.

Anticipate sales trends, implementing proactive and reactive promotions and strategies for growth.

Oversee site trading plans, measuring and managing online content to improve performance.

Ensure seamless campaign transitions across channels to enhance the customer experience.

Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative culture and tracking KPIs, with regular reporting to the CEO and board members.

About You:

Must Have Experience:

Proven experience scaling a DTC/eCommerce business from £5 million to £20 million revenue.

Strong digital marketing background, with 5+ years experience leading digital marketing teams.

Expertise in spending over £150k monthly on Paid Media and a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, and display marketing, using tools like Google Analytics and AdWords.

Skilled in key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest) with a track record of growing brands in these spaces.

Highly creative in identifying target audiences and creating engaging, converting digital campaigns, with strong relationship management skills.

Motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for excellence and the ability to multitask efficiently in a high-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.

Analytical and critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, good time management, and experience in related industries like fashion, skincare, or beauty.

Nice To Have Experience:

Understanding and knowledge of fashion / skincare /beauty sectors.

Worked within international businesses, ideally with knowledge of the US market and its nuances.
