About the role

Lead Industry Partnerships, Create Opportunities and Drive Growth as EFI’s Director of Industry Partnerships.

Industry engagement is at the core of EFI Group’s mission, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive new and existing partnerships across fashion, retail, beauty, and beyond.

In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for building and leveraging high-impact relationships to generate revenue through apprenticeships, workforce development, sponsorships, and more. You’ll lead a team to deliver key KPIs, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen existing industry connections.

If you’re a strategic communicator with a strong network and the ability to engage at the C-suite level, we’d love to hear from you!

About you

Qualifications:Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.

Experience:Extensive senior management experience, preferably within the fashion/retail sector, with proven leadership in account management, business expansion, and achieving KPIs.

Expertise:Strong understanding of the fashion, retail, and beauty industries, including job roles and industry trends.

Passion:Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and foster collaborative, cross-departmental relationships.

Salary:

From £70K to £80k per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
