What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Social Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a best-in-class organic and paid social strategy that strengthens brand affinity and awareness, increases engagement, and drives follower growth & conversions.
Own and manage a social media calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels).
Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into compelling social-first content.
Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimize content performance and social growth.
Manage social media agency, internal creators, as well as the SMM Manager & Community Manager.
Content & Community Management
Oversee the creation of high-performing, platform-native content (video-first, user-generated content, influencer-led storytelling, etc.) that achieves ambitious
KPIs.
Lead a team of internal & external collaborators to build an engaged fragrance-loving community.
Manage the brands voice and social identity to ensure consistent, authentic messaging across all channels.
Brand Ambassador & Influencer Partnerships
Own and scale the brand ambassador programs.
Implement influencer-supported brand campaigns for the brands key business partners, delivering media value & fostering partner acquisition & retention.
Performance & Insights
Analyze & report on key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach, conversion rates).
Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Work closely with User Acquisition teams to optimize paid social strategies that drive new subscriber acquisition.
Support increase in Lifetime Value by partnering with Integrated Marketing team & promoting subscriber-focused programs to the brands’ social media audience.

What You’ll Need to Have:
A deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices
A proven track record of leading social media strategy for best-in-class social media accounts. Proven success in growing a brand’s social presence and driving measurable impact on engagement and revenue.
A passion for content creation with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling. First-hand experience in social media content creation & willingness to be on camera if needed, are a plus.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing team, including both internal & external resources.
Ability to balance brand-building and KPI-driven social media marketing.
A finger on the pulse of cultural trends, social media innovations, and internet moments.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics).
Salary $140,000-$150,000 +15% Bonus
