OUR CLIENT IS A FAST GROWING PRESTIGE BEAUTY BRAND IN NYC AND SEEKING A STRONG DIRECTOR OF WHOLESALE SALES. MUST MANAGE SELL IN WITH SEPHORA AND ULTA AND LIVE IN NYC.

Responsible:

  • Be a lead senior sales leader for the sales team on wholesale accounts. Experience with Sephora, Ulta, international beauty retailers (ex: Mecca, Space NK, etc)
  • Coordinate with the finance and operations managers to setup retail accounts. Compliance
  • Ownership of sales accounts and work closely with C-Suite team on key accounts. T
  • Set the SELL IN (most importantly and sell through budgets and targets for the team.
  • Provide superior customer service to all current & prospective retail partners
  • Execute effective brand education, product education & retailer trainings virtually & in-person
  • Identify key educational needs for clients based on retailer category
  • Work with CEO on trade marketing plans and onboarding forms for new and existing products.
  • Strong excel, sales drive and analytical mindset
  • Co-lead bi-annual market meetings with specific accounts assigned
  • Partner with creative and marketing to develop retailer marketing, merchandising and educational materials as needed.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning and Product Development to effectively manage product inventory allocated for retails during product innovation, development & launch phases.

Required:

  • Min 8 years of beauty industry wholesale experience in sales. Sell in Currently with Sephora and Ulta.

THIS IS NOT A SELL THRU/EDUCATION OVERSEEING FIELD ROLE. YOU MUST HAVE SELL IN CURRENT EXPERIENCE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE BUYERS AND MERCHANTS AT SEPHORA AND ULTA.
