The pay range is $125,600.00 – $226,100.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Print Director of Home, you will lead a team of highly skilled textile designers servicing our Home own brands, Threshold, Room Essentials, Studio McGee, Hearth & Hand, Pillowfort and Cloud Island. The role will be responsible for creating a strategic vision in partnership with design and merchandising to lead the industry in trend forward, inclusive and approachable designs.
This role will require technical expertise to ensure execution of ideas while providing creative solutions to costing challenges. Inspirational leadership, vision, and industry knowledge of women’s print is critical.
