We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Strategy & Growth to lead business expansion, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning for our women’s fashion e-commerce brand. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, scaling digital channels, and building long-term strategic initiatives to accelerate brand growth.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute overall business growth and expansion strategies across e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail channels.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to enhance brand presence and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or growth roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving business growth.
