Distribution Planning Intern
December, 2026 – 6 months period
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Paris.
About the Role
As part of the Market Operations team, you will support the RTW & Shoes Distribution Planning function, assisting the team with daily operations, stock management, and cross-functional projects.
You will be involved in key distribution and replenishment activities, ensuring timely product flow and data accuracy across regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Support daily stock allocation and replenishment activities.
- Monitor product availability and stock coverage across regions.
- Prepare operational analyses and business reports (using Excel, Power BI, and KPIs).
- Support seasonal launches, carryover replenishment, assortment reviews, and stock rebalancing.
- Maintain planning data and ensure system accuracy across tools such as SLIM and Anaplan.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate with regional teams and key internal departments (Central Merchandising, Regional Merchandising, Supply & Sales Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Excellence, and Wholesale) to follow up on operational requests and business needs.
Responsibilities may evolve throughout the internship depending on business priorities and workload.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
- A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in supply chain, retail, or within a luxury/fashion house is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (mainly PowerPoint and Excel). Knowledge of Power BI and planning systems (SLIM, Anaplan) is a plus.
- High motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken; other languages (French or Spanish) are a plus.
