Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple retail stores within the district, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all stores.
Lead and inspire store managers and teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and HR, to execute initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the district, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
