POSITION SUMMARY
Driving Sales through Product, People and Presentation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Driving sales thru people
Fully Staffed Stores
Completely Trained staff
Coach and develop
Motivate and reinforce positive environment
Continuous evaluation
Responsible for Achieving Sales Goal
Driving sales thru product & presentation
Teach and train merchandise standards
Complete review of current direction
Identify deficiencies, correct immediately and retrain as needed
Work with SM on opportunities that will maximize sales
Evaluate presentation on every visit
Ensure timely execution of all instructions
Compliance in Operations & Loss Prevention
Monitor Operational and Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures
Train to Operational and LP Standards
Enforce “Simple Operations” philosophy
Create a “zero tolerance” culture
Review operational and loss prevention standards to ensure compliance
Reinforce good compliance
Perform management wheel if deficient
Miscellaneous Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving desired shrinkage results in all stores supervised
Monitor all controllable expenses
Follow company directives regarding payroll control

Develop and maintain a professional and consistent relationship with all subordinates
Communicate with supervisor and take as a partner as directed by corporate policies or communicated by supervisor
Communicate with corporate management based on established guidelines. Develop and maintain a professional and consistent relationship at all times.
Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Requirements:
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.
Retail multi-store management experience required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Availability to travel as needed. Will travel the Dallas metro area, Waco and San Angelo, Texas.
