We are looking for experienced, customer focused, friendly trainees who have a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons.
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Stylist within our Dogwood salon covering Morden.
Responsibilities of a Trainee Stylist:
Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwoods high standards.
Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
Responsible for the sales performance of the salon.
Delivering high standards of customer service.
Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer
Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
Completing a Grooming portfolio to track your training and progress.
Requirements of a Trainee Stylist:
A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, our products, and our values
A confident and positive approach to handling dogs
Willing to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets
Excellent communication skills
A thirst for continued training and team development
The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative.
