How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:The LATAM Partner Store (DTC) Manager will oversee the entire partner store operations, driving profitable and brand right growth and acting as the key touchpoint between distributor’s Stores departments of Vans, Timberland, The North Face and LATAM leadership. With an eye both on current stores and on expansion and with a good balance of Operations and Commercial skills, the LATAM Partner Store Manager will partner with LATAM distributors to guarantee that the consumer experience on all Vans, Timberland and The North Face branded physical environments are globally consistent while driving local relevancy where applicable.

How you will do it:

Business Development

Support Partner Stores seasonal financial plans according to LATAM’s financial plan and OGSPTM

Drive store expansion plans and alignments with distributor`s DTC teams

Coordinate Partner Stores expansion via affiliates/franchisees in Central America and Brazil

Marketing (Adjust based on Marketing R&R)

Lead Partner Stores POV on GTM milestones, providing insights and feedback

Drive planning and implementation of Product and Brand Stories with distributors, according to LATAM’s Seasonal Calendar

Store Operations

Roll out Americas Store Ops best practices to LATAM Store Ops

Lead all staff training process in LATAM

Lead revision and implementation of playbooks

Lead implementation of reporting methodology, monitor KPIs and develop action plan against metrics

Merchandising

Monitor stores via weekly VM Visual reports and periodic store/market visits

Partner with Americas and Distributors to implement Vans VM best practices
