Two Spirit Esthetics is seeking a warm, professional, and client-focused Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our growing wellness practice. We specialize in personalized skincare, massage therapy, and wellness services designed to help clients look and feel their best. Services are provided in a private treatment suite where meaningful client relationships, exceptional experiences, and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
POSITION
DETAILS
- Part-time employee position (W-2)
- Initial schedule focused on Sundays and Mondays
- Opportunity for additional hours as demand grows
- Existing clientele welcome, but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $25-27 per hour
- 20% retail commission
- Membership sign-up bonuses
- Paid 30-minute lunch when 4 or more hours are booked

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional massage therapy services
- Perform customized facial treatments
- Recommend appropriate homecare products when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Support client retention and membership growth
- Help create a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active California Massage Therapy certification or license
- Active California Esthetician license
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable recommending retail products and memberships
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One year of professional experience in massage therapy, esthetics, or both. Exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply.
