Job Description
We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Dual-Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians for our club in Plano, TX. These positions offer the chance to make a significant impact within a top-tier organization. The Equinox Spa offers world-class amenities and innovative treatments such as hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.
Massage Therapist Responsibilities
Perform massage treatments including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
Analyze and consult with members in a professional setting
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms after each session and shift
Esthetician Responsibilities
Perform facials and body treatments in a professional setting
Focus on member satisfaction
Opportunities for growth into management roles
Qualifications
Valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification
1-2 years of experience preferred
Valid Esthetician license
Training in facial and body waxing
Willingness to develop within our organization and improve skills
Full-time availability; part-time may be available
Evening and weekend availability required
Cross-training in services like Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, and others highly preferred
Excellent communication, positive energy, dynamic personality, and computer literacy
